  • FIRST SERVICE | AT 500 KM

    After the first 500 km and within 3 months of use, it’s a good idea to bring your bike in for an initial check-up.


    We aim to have your bike ready the same day, but we cannot guarantee this. Please be aware that you will need to leave your bike with us and pick it up later.

    Cost: €115, including VAT

    Excluding any replacement parts.


    Did you buy your bike from us? If so, you’ll receive a 25% discount on labor!

  • MAJOR SERVICE | EVERY 2,000 KM

    Every 2,000 km, it's time for a major service. This will help you avoid problems and keep your bike in top condition!

    We aim to have your bike ready the same day, but we cannot guarantee this. Please keep in mind that you will need to leave your bike with us and pick it up later.


    Cost: starting at €185, including VAT
    Excludes any replacement parts.

    When you bring your bike in, we’ll discuss right away what needs to be done, what the maximum cost will be, and when your bike will be ready. That way, you’ll always know exactly where you stand!

    We strive to have your bike ready the same day, but we can’t guarantee it. So please keep in mind that you’ll be leaving your bike with us and picking it up later.

    Select a day and time to bring your Lovens cargo bike in for maintenance or repair. Please note that you will need to leave the bike with us and pick it up later.

  • 2. BRING YOUR BIKE BY

    When you drop off your bike, we will estimate the time needed for the repair and any costs involved.
    We aim to have your bike ready the same day, but we cannot guarantee this.

  • 3. GET YOUR PARTY BACK ON TRACK

    You will receive an email as soon as your bike is ready so you can come and pick it up!
