Timely maintenance helps you avoid problems. At our workshop in Amsterdam, we can usually carry out repairs and maintenance within one day, so you can get back on the road quickly and don't have to be without your bike for long.

Our maintenance prices:

First service
At 500km or 3 months after purchase, whichever comes first.
€115 excluding any replacement parts


major serviceEvery 1,500 km or once a year, whichever comes first.
€180, excluding any replacement parts

If you purchased your Lovens from us, you will always receive a 25% discount on service and maintenance!


MAKE AN APPOINTMENT

SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT | HOW DOES IT WORK?

  • 1. CHOOSE A DAY

    Select a day and time to bring your Lovens cargo bike in for maintenance or repair. Please note that you will need to leave the bike with us and pick it up later.

  • 2. BRING YOUR BIKE BY

    When you drop off your bike, we will estimate the time needed for the repair and any costs involved.
    We aim to have your bike ready the same day, but we cannot guarantee this.

  • 3. GET YOUR PARTY BACK ON TRACK

    You will receive an email as soon as your bike is ready so you can come and pick it up!
